House of Black Death (1965) would be PD only if the film doesn't contain a proper copyright notice.
============================================
Mutant (1984) contains a proper notice, and isn't PD.
============================================
Grave of the Vampire (1974) is already here and is PD.
============================================
The Satanic Rights of Dracula (1973) isn't PD.
============================================
Gorgo (1961) isn't PD.
============================================
The Thirsty Dead (1973) is PD.

Are you sure about Satanic Rights and Gorgo?

I saw House of Black Death, is here as Blood of the Man Devil.

What about another film here called Face of The Screaming Werewolf (aka La Casa Del Terror) 1959? I didn't see a label on it saying it is PD.
I think it's made by the same guy who made Blood of the Man Devil.

I'm as sure as I can be. No copyright lawyers help us here. If you plan on using any movie posted to IA commercially, it would be wise to check with one beforehand.

In the description of the copy of Blood of the Man Devil (1965) here, it says that it contains an invalid notice.

The copies of Face of The Screaming Werewolf (1959) should be removed. The movie isn't PD.
